The Future of Retail Management
VivoCity Tenant Portal was built with the objective to optimize and automate day-to-day Retail Operational Task. Flag&Mountains were tasked with the consultancy, design and development of the Web Application which is currently used to manage over 300+ stores and 600+ users.
Objective —
Aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity and user experience/satisfaction of both VivoCity Operational Team as well as Tenant Users through automated workflows, processes and features made available on a responsive web application.

Targeted bulletins and circulars can be sent out via the portal, with additional tracking logic to view open-rates as well as collecting consolidated responses from Tenants.
Applications
Digitised application forms via the portal which leverals the automated workflow and processes mechanics for increased efficiency.
Inventory Management
Inventory Management & Reporting with approval processes and activity history for transparency and accountability.
Resource Library
Tenants are able to view and download the latest resources made available.
System & Email Notifications
Depending on the event trigger, the system is developed with a notification module which informs users via system and email notifications.
Reports Dashboard
View consolidated reports and data of Tenant Participation Rates within the portal.
